Refunds:
Once your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
After Your Order Has Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
However, you may still return the product in accordance with our Return Policy once it has been delivered.
Exceptions
If an unexpected issue occurs on our side (system error, duplicate charge, etc.), we will assist with cancellation regardless of shipment status.
