Before Use

⚠ Important:It is not recommended to use VIFORME immediately after receiving hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin injections, as VIFORME may cause some degree of product degradation, leading to a shorter duration of the fillers. If you have received hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin injections, you should wait at least three months before using VIFORME, or until the fillers have naturally lost their effect.

1. Clean the Treatment Area:

Secure hair away from the treatment area and thoroughly cleanse the treatment area to remove oil, sweat, skincare products, or makeup residue. Clean, dry skin is required for proper patch adhesion and stable RF/EMS energy delivery.

2. Personalized Treatment Plan:

Identify your skin concerns and refer to the manual to select the recommended treatment settings.

Viforme Operating Instructions

Step 1: Device Connection & Inspection

Power On the Device

Place the Viface main unit on a stable, flat surface. Connect the power cable and turn on the device. The screen will light up and enter standby mode.

Connect the Patch

Insert the electrode end of the patch for the treatment area into its Recognition Card Slot. When properly connected and recognized, the corresponding treatment area will be highlighted on the screen.

Important

Improper connection may result in unstable energy output or failure to detect the patch.

Step 2: Patch Application

Attach the Patch

Stick the adhesive end of the patch to the corresponding treatment area, ensuring full contact with the skin with no lifted edges or air bubbles.

Start Treatment

Once the patch is securely connected, press the Start button on the screen. The device will automatically enter countdown mode and stop when the treatment is complete.

Step 3: Parameter Settings

Adjust the Screen

Tilt the screen to a comfortable angle and use the touchscreen to access the parameter settings.

Set Treatment Parameters

Set parameters in the following sequence:
Microcurrent mode (M1–M3) →  RF/Microcurrent intensity (Channel 1-2)→ Treatment time (from 1–30 minutes).

Note: Channel 1 and 2 can be adjusted independently to accommodate different treatment areas or personalized needs.

Step 4: Treatment Process

Ensure Patch Stability

A supine (lying-down) position is recommended during treatment to ensure stable patch adhesion.

If needed, a gel mask or auxiliary fixation accessory may be used over the patches to enhance stability.

Step 5: Post-Treatment & Patch Care

Patch removal & care

After treatment, gently remove the patches from the skin.
Remove the patch from the slot and clean the adhesive side with an alcohol wipe or cotton swab. Let it air dry, then reattach the original protective film for next use.

Post-treatment skin care

Apply a cold compress to the treated area for 5 minutes. Then gently apply a mild, reparative skincare product and massage the skin to help it absorb.

What are the recommended settings for each age group?

-RF and EMS intensity levels, as well as the usage frequency, are set to the lowest and safest baseline for each age group to ensure optimal results without causing discomfort or potential harm.

-For users under 35, settings are kept at a lower intensity to protect the skin's sensitivity.

-For users above 35, the intensity can be slightly higher, but it is always advised to start at the recommended level and adjust based on your skin's response.

-It's important to follow these recommended settings initially. If needed, you can gradually increase the intensity or frequency as your skin adjusts to the treatment. Always monitor your skin's reaction, and decrease the intensity if any discomfort or irritation occurs.

Can VIFORME be used after undergoing other injectable cosmetic procedures?

It is not recommended to use VIFORME immediately after receiving hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin injections, as VIFORME may cause some degree of product degradation, leading to a shorter duration of the fillers. If you have received hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin injections, you should wait at least three months before using VIFORME, or until the fillers have naturally lost their effect.

Does higher frequency and longer duration improve results?

Not necessarily.

-The treatment time can be adjusted between 1 and 30 minutes, depending on the treatment area and specific skin concerns.

-Overusing the device or extending the treatment time unnecessarily may actually increase the risk of skin irritation and reduce the overall effectiveness of the treatment.

-For first-time use, always begin with the lowest recommended settings. This allows your skin to gradually adapt to the treatment. You can increase the time or frequency only after observing your skin's tolerance.

Is conductive gel required?

No, conductive gel is not required.

- The device works directly through magnetic hydrogel patches.
- Simply make sure the treatment area is clean and dry before use—no additional gel is needed.

Are the patches reusable?

Yes, the patches are reusable with proper care.

Please follow the "one person, one patch, one area"guideline.

- Patches are for single-user use only and should not be shared.

- Do not use the same patch on different areas of the face.

- Replace the patch if it becomes damaged or worn.

*If you need to replace the patches, please purchase them from this page: Click here

When can skincare be applied after treatment?

Basic skincare can be applied immediately after treatment.

- It's recommended to start with a 5-minute cold compress to soothe the skin.

- After that, follow with a gentle moisturizer to hydrate and protect the skin.

- For best results, use products with skin-repairing ingredients such as ceramides, which help to support skin recovery.

Can makeup be applied immediately?

It is recommended to wait 30 minutes before applying makeup.

- Avoid heavy makeup on the day of treatment to allow your skin to recover.

- Temporary redness or a feeling of tightness may occur after treatment—let the skin settle fully before applying cosmetics.

Can it be used with other aesthetic treatments?

The interval time between treatments varies based on the type of procedure:

- For less stimulating treatments, such as LED, 48 hours is generally sufficient.

- For more intensive treatments like laser or injection-based procedures, a longer interval may be necessary.
For these, please consult with your treating physician to determine the safe interval and specific usage guidelines.

Are there any precautions for using the device on body areas?

Body Area Precautions:

- For use on the face and back of the neck only. Do not use on the chest, abdomen, or other body areas.

- Avoid areas with wounds, inflammation, allergies, or rashes until fully healed.

- When treating the back of the neck, always use low-intensity settings to avoid overstimulating the nerves.
