6.Taxes & Duties

Viforme offers tax-free purchasing. You will not be charged any additional taxes or duties by us at checkout.
However, in rare cases, local customs authorities may apply import charges based on your country’s regulations. If this occurs, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7.Failed Delivery / Address Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or a failed delivery attempt, a reshipping fee will be applied.

If you need to update your shipping address or modify the items in your order before it has shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made to the shipping address or the items purchased. In such cases, you may proceed with our return or exchange process after the package has been delivered.

8.Missing or Damaged Items
