Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At VIFORME, we are committed to providing products that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage to ensure a smooth and reassuring post-purchase experience.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

     Request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery

     Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories

     Item must be free of wear, damage, or alterations

Note:
For hygiene reasons, devices that have been used on the skin cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Exchanges for Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or malfunctioning, we offer a free replacement.

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

     Order number

     Description of the issue

     Photos or videos of the defect

3. Non-Defective Returns

If returning for personal reasons:

     Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

     Refund will be issued once the product passes inspection

     Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

     Used or opened devices (unless defective)

     Items without original packaging/accessories

     Final sale or promotional items

     Gift cards

5. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1 — Submit Your Request

Email support@viforme.com with:

     Your full name

     Order number

     Reason for return or exchange

     Photos/videos if the product is defective

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

 

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

If your request is approved, we will:

     Share the return shipping address

     Provide packaging guidelines to ensure safe transit

 

Step 3 — Ship the Item Back

     Pack the device securely with all original accessories

     Use a trackable shipping method

     Email us the tracking number once shipped

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

 

Step 4 — Inspection

Once your return arrives, our quality team will inspect the item within 2–5 business days to confirm eligibility.

 

Step 5 — Refund or Replacement Issued

After approval:

     Refunds → Returned to your original payment method

     Exchanges → Replacement unit will be shipped out promptly

     Rejected returns → Sent back to the customer if the item is used, damaged, or incomplete

You will receive email updates throughout the process.

6. Warranty Coverage(12-Month Limited Warranty)

Your VIFORME device includes a 12-month warranty covering:

     Manufacturing defects

     Electrical malfunctions

     Hardware faults not caused by misuse

Does not cover:

     Damage from misuse, drops, water exposure

     Unauthorized repairs

     Cosmetic wear and tear

     Lost or stolen products

7. Responsibility for Returned Packages

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Please always use a trackable service.
