Viforme Operating Instructions

Step 1: Device Connection & Inspection

Power On the Device

Place the Viface main unit on a stable, flat surface. Connect the power cable and turn on the device. The screen will light up and enter standby mode.

Connect the Patch

Insert the electrode end of the patch for the treatment area into its Recognition Card Slot. When properly connected and recognized, the corresponding treatment area will be highlighted on the screen.

Important

Improper connection may result in unstable energy output or failure to detect the patch.

Stick the adhesive end of the patch to the corresponding treatment area, ensuring full contact with the skin with no lifted edges or air bubbles.

Start Treatment

Once the patch is securely connected, press the Start button on the screen. The device will automatically enter countdown mode and stop when the treatment is complete.

Adjust the Screen

Tilt the screen to a comfortable angle and use the touchscreen to access the parameter settings.

Set Treatment Parameters

Set parameters in the following sequence:
Microcurrent mode (M1–M3) →  RF/Microcurrent intensity (Channel 1-2)→ Treatment time (from 1–30 minutes).

Note: Channel 1 and 2 can be adjusted independently to accommodate different treatment areas or personalized needs.

A supine (lying-down) position is recommended during treatment to ensure stable patch adhesion. If needed, a gel mask or auxiliary fixation accessory may be used over the patches to enhance stability.

Patch removal & care

After treatment, gently remove the patches from the skin.
Remove the patch from the slot and clean the adhesive side
with an alcohol wipe or cotton swab. Let it air dry, then
reattach the original protective film for next use.

Post-treatment skin care

Apply a cold compress to the treated area for 5 minutes.
Then gently apply a mild, reparative skincare product and
massage the skin to help it absorb.

Step 5: Post-Treatment & Patch Care

RECOMMENDED USAGE BY AGE GROUP

- All recommended RF and EMS intensity levels, as well as usage frequency, are set at the lowest and safest baseline for each age group.

- Users should start with the recommended settings and gradually adjust parameters if needed based on their skin’s response.

FREQUENCY & DURATION: IS MORE BETTER

Not necessarily. Treatment time can be set from 1–30 minutes, depending on the treatment area and skin concern. Overuse may increase skin burden and reduce effectiveness.

For first-time use, start with the lowest recommended settings.

IS CONDUCTIVE GEL REQUIRED?

- The device is suitable for all skin tones and types, as neither technology depends on skin color or surface characteristics.

- RF gently heats the deeper layers of the skin to support firmness and collagen renewal without interacting with skin pigment, while EMS works directly on facial muscles rather than the skin surface.

ARE THE PATCHES REUSABLE?

Viforme's energy design avoids deep fat damage, so regular use does not cause noticeable fat loss. To minimize risk, avoid using high RF intensity on areas with very thin fat, and do not overheat or use too frequently (see recommended settings and usage frequency).

WHEN CAN SKINCARE BE APPLIED AFTER TREATMENT?

- Yes. Temporary facial fullness after treatment is usually due to mild heat response or increased blood flow in the muscles.
- This is not a true increase in volume and typically resolves on its own within several hours.

CAN MAKEUP BE APPLIED IMMEDIATELY?

- A mild warming sensation may be felt in the treatment area due to RF.
- With EMS pulses, the muscles beneath the patch may gently contract and relax in a rhythmic pattern—similar to light muscle training.
These sensations are within normal tolerance.

CAN IT BE USED WITH OTHER AESTHETIC TREATMENTS?

- Temporary redness, mild tingling, or tightness may occur and typically subside within about 30 minutes.
- After treatment, the skin often feels firmer and facial puffiness may appear reduced. With long-term use, signs of wrinkles and sagging may gradually improve.
